Leading
Private Sector financier of infrastructure backlogs in South
Africa
Our Mission
To be recognised as the preferred non-banking financier of public and
private sector initiatives, focusing on the longer term social and
economic development of South Africa and its neighbours.
Our Operational Activities
As aogether with our shareholders and our international and local partners,
aim to:
- Provide finance and expertise to municipalities, provincial
governments and other public sector entities, to assist them in
executing their developmental role;
- Actively look to fund and support Public Private Partnerships that
create, maintain and operate social and economic infrastructure
in all sectors of the economy;
- Fund private sector initiatives focusing on local and regional
developments that impact positively on the quality of life of
local communities.
In respect of the above, INCA provides development loans and finance
for property development, moveable assets, plant and equipment, but
does not provide working capital. Grants are provided through the INCA
Capacity Building Fund for technical assistance and capacity building.
