Being a primary mobiliser of investor funds for lending to infrastructure providers, INCA’s main source of funding is the South African capital market. INCA’s Board of Directors have authorised the issue of R10 billion INCA Bonds. The bonds are issued in terms of INCA’s Medium Term Note Program. Currently, INCA has three longer dated bonds in issue, which are listed on the Bond Exchange of South Africa.
Moody's assigned an A2.za/Prime -1.za national scale issuer
rating to INCA.

floating rate notes (IN06 series) and a subordinated issue
(INJ01). The INCA Bonds are issued in accordance with the rules of the
